Lettuce Wraps | PF Changs Lettuce Wraps Recipe | Easy

February 12, 2011

PF Changs has the corner on the market when it comes to their Lettuce Wraps.  And who doesn’t love their lettuce wraps?  Even my husband who is a ‘meat and potato’ type of guy, will eat them with me!  I’ve had lettuce wraps at other restaurants, and my favorite is definitely PF Chang style.  They just do it right.

Now, before you get scared off by the list of ingredients… take a breath.  It took me about a year to get the gumption to dive in and make these and now I laugh, because they are really simple and the hardest part was going to the grocery store, standing in the Asian section and picking out some items I had not heard before, like Hoisin Sauce.  If you can do that, then this will be easy.
